HRDB, the Human Resource Development Board, is a dedicated arm of the University focused on providing professional development opportunities through professional programs, including Certificates, Diplomas, and Advanced Diplomas. Our goal is to enhance capacity and skills among various target groups in both the public and private sectors.

The main aim of Human Resource Development Board is to provide increased access to quality human capacity development, which is vital for the nation’s rapidly developing economy. Presently, the Centre has various capacity building and professional diploma programmes.

The Human Resource Development Board, being the Coordinating Unit for the professional programmes of Joseph Ayo Babalola University, has unlimited access to the University’s excellent training facilities within the Main Campus. These range from well-furnished fully air-conditioned lecture rooms and theatres to boardrooms and conference rooms
